RANA GHANEM practices primarily in civil litigation, Métis law, intellectual property litigation and family law. She has worked previously as a civil litigator at a boutique civil litigation firm, and acted as the lead lawyer in family law at a local mid-sized firm. This has given her significant experience working in the court system at all Alberta Court levels.
RANA is adept in all FAMILY LAW matters, including divorce, child custody, guardianship, parenting, mobility, spousal support, child support, matrimonial property division, prenuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, unjust enrichment, restraining orders and international child abduction.
RANA is further accomplished in most CIVIL LITIGATION matters, including corporate and commercial litigation, Aboriginal and Métis Law, Construction Disputes, Estate Litigation, Personal Injury Law, and general Civil Litigation.
RANA believes strongly in open and honest communication with her clients to ensure expectations are met and goals are achieved.
